SK NEXILIS
We delivered advanced installation infrastructure for one of the largest industrial investments in Poland’s Podkarpackie region. In Stalowa Wola, we contributed to the construction of the SK Nexilis Poland plant, designed to produce copper foil used in lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles. The factory was designed for an annual production capacity of 50,000 tonnes. Sanitary, gas and fire protection systems support the safe operation of the facility, continuity of operations and the conditions required for its production processes.

- HVAC and Plumbing: external water supply and gas networks, including gas connection in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU; internal gas network and domestic water plumbing; cold and hot domestic water systems with circulation; water supply and wastewater drainage systems in production buildings and ancillary facilities; process drainage system, internal and vacuum drainage system for storm water, comfort ventilation in production buildings and ancillary facilities, natural gas systems supplying steam generators with a total capacity of 18.1 MW, gas detection system including safety systems, fittings, sanitary fixtures and technical equipment, leak tests and technical approval inspections by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT)
- Fire Protection Systems: internal hydrant system, sprinkler system including fire-fighting water pumping station in accordance with the NFPA standard. The sprinkler system utilises (single, double interlock) pre-action, wet and dry systems. Leak tests and functional tests in accordance with the requirements of the NFPA standard
- Design Documentation: detailed design drawings and prefabrication drawings for the systems
